Gregory C. Moran, M.D.
GREGORY C. MORAN M.D. joined Family Medicine Associates in October 2008. He received his undergraduate degree in biology with High Honors in 1986 and was on the Dean's List at Rutgers University in New Jersey, attended Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, and did his residency at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania where he was Chief Resident. Following Board Certification in 1993, he completed a Fellowship in Women's Health and Rural Medicine at The University of Tennessee in Memphis in 1994. His varied background includes being Assistant Residency Director at Phoenix Baptist Family Medicine Residency and a faculty appointment at The University of Arizona School of Medicine, in addition to practicing in Phoenix and Scottsdale, Arizona. Dr. Moran moved to Dallas after six years at Inter Island Medical Center on San Juan Island, Washington, a rural public hospital district clinic providing 24/7 care. He has been involved in numerous research projects and presentations. His hobbies are sailing, travel, hiking and singing. Back to Staff |
